All returned items must be in their original packaging and unused condition to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Log in to your Zeespares account, navigate to the 'My Orders' section, and select the item you wish to return to submit a formal request.

  Quality Verification

  Upload clear photos or a short video of the product and its packaging to help our technical team verify the condition and eligibility for return.

  Secure Packaging

  Once approved, pack the electronic component securely in its original box with all anti-static shielding and documentation to prevent damage during transit.

  Shipment & Refund

  Hand over the package to our assigned courier partner; upon receipt and final inspection at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.
